| Mr. Jagdish Capoor elected as Chairman of BSE . The Board of Directors of Bombay Stock Exchange Limited met today and formally took note of the resignations of Mr. Shekhar Datta and Mr. Jamshyd Godrej as Directors of the Exchange, due to personal reasons.
