  BOMBAY STOCK EXCHANGE LTD. resolved 307  investors’ complaints against companies during the month of August, 2009

During the month, BSE Ltd. received 368 complaints against 297 listed companies. In the same period 307 complaints were resolved against 226 listed companies. These resolved complaints include complaints brought forward from the previous periods.

Type IV         :             Non-receipt of Annual Reports, right forms/interest on

                                   delayed receipt of refund order/dividend, etc.

Type V           :            Non-receipt of credit with Depository Participants.
