BOMBAY STOCK EXCHANGE LTD. resolved 275 investors’ complaints against companies during the month of September, 2009

During the month, BSE Ltd. received 376 complaints against 256 listed companies. In the same period 275 complaints were resolved against 184 listed companies. These resolved complaints include complaints brought forward from the previous periods.

Type IV         :             Non-receipt of Annual Reports, right forms/interest on

                                    delayed receipt of refund order/dividend, etc.

Type V          :             Non-receipt of credit with Depository Participants.
