BSE Ltd. to withdraw suspension notice of trading in the securities of 4 companies

This is with reference to the earlier press release dated September 28, 2005 wherein the decision of the Exchange was communicated to suspend 13 companies w.e.f Tuesday, October 4, 2005 for non-compliance with clauses of the listing agreement.

Subsequent to the aforesaid press release, below mentioned 4 companies have complied with the submission of reports as required under the abovementioned clauses of the Listing Agreement. Therefore, the Exchange has decided not to suspend the trading in the equity shares of the below mentioned 4 companies .
