| | Annexure The process flow for an investor to trade through BSEWebx - The investor logs on to BSEWebx.com for trading purposes.He has the option to choose from any of the brokers/sub brokers/branches who have registered with BSEWebx. Once he selects the broker, he can visit his webspace and fill the on-line registration form that will be sent to the concerned broker by webx.
- The investor then contacts the broker and completes all the formalities for registration with the broker for Internet trading. Once this formality is completed, the broker sets up the investor account in BSEWebx. The investor is sent an email that contains the password for transactions.
- The broker also sets up the Risk Profile of the investor, including exposure limits for Buy/Sell, scrip wise exposures, categories to trade, type of scrips, carry forward or delivery amongst others and then activates the investor for the trading purpose.
- For trading, the investor logs on to the site and is forced to set his logon and trade password. Once this process is done the investor is all set to trade.
- The BSEwebx platform offers a lot of content to the investor. The investor can see the market through various views like toppers/losers/circuit scrips/ index movements amongst others. IT also allows the investor to set preferences for market watch and ticker where the investor can define upto 20 scrips under each category.
- The investor can place an order on any of the scrip as per his risk management profile in Webx.
- If the order is within the limits set, it is sent to BOLT for execution. If the order violates the rules, then based on the profile, it is either rejected or is sent to the broker system for real-time review and release.
- The investor is kept informed of his order status at each and every stage until execution and he can modify, or even cancel the order before it gets executed. The investor is notified of his order execution/ rejection online.
