14th February, 2003 MEB/ /2003 Dear Sir/ Madam, We acknowledge our grateful thanks for your instantaneous co-operation in submission of turnover data in all its components and duly certified by your respective auditor. We can assure you that from the period 1998-99 onwards the Turnover System of the Exchange would provide you with turnover done by you and settled through the BOLT system, in all its components. We once again seek your help in updating the SEBI mandated database which contains all the requisite information on a member and member may kindly recall that such information was collected from you last year. It is required by the department this year too in view of the fact that there could have been some changes at your end. We provide you with the necessary format in soft copy on the BSE web-site < i.e. www.bseindia.com > as well with the enclosed hard copy for your convenience. You may kindly download the tables and send it in hard copy( i.e. on your letterhead) to the Membership department on the 25th floor. We would very much appreciate if it could be forwarded to us by 28th February, 2003 . Thanking you once again and wishing you all the very best in the year 2003. May we add that we look forward to your dynamic presence in the Debt and Derivatives segments of the Exchange.
