 - Check if the item marked in red in the diagram above is ticked. If not select it.
- Press "Ok"
- You will have to restart your machine.
If you still face problems in viewing charts and announcements you need to download the JVM and install it.
Downloading JVM To install the JVM the following steps need to followed.
- Click on the following link -http://java.sun.com/getjava/download.html
- To download the JVM, click on the area marked in red in the diagram below
 - Follow the instructions given during the setup
- Finally, after a brief pause, an applet containing an animated Java logo appears on the installation page, confirming a successful installation:
