It has been observed that some members call at non-Helpdesk numbers for registering their trading related problems. This results in unnecessary delay in complaint resolution. Members are hence requested to register their respective Bolt/Derivative trading and connectivity related complaints to only BSE Helpdesk for an effective and timely problem resolution.
