Under Clause 38 of the listing agreement, the companies whose securities are listed on The Stock Exchange, Mumbai (BSE) are required to pay the annual listing fee to the Exchange for each financial year on or before April, 30th. As per the records of the Exchange, it had not received the listing fees from the companies whose names are given below despite the requisite bill having being sent to them and despite two reminders and a show cause notice sent to them.
