Job Description- :

  • Ensuring the deployment & Redemption of funds are recorded properly in the Mutual Fund System / Treasury System and Accounting System.
  • Ensuring the MIS reports are prepared in time & correctly.
  • Ensuring all the treasury related entries are recorded in the accounting system on a daily basis.
  • Analysis of Mutual Fund Performance.
  • Preparation of Monthly / Quarterly / Annual MIS Reports of treasury Activities.
  • Coordinating with the statutory / Internal / Concurrent Auditors and ensuring that their queries are solved satisfactorily.
  • Obtaining confirmations of holdings from Institutions / Banks / Mutual Funds where the Exchange has made investements.
  • Implementation of treasury operations in ERP – Oracle R12.
  • Handling Financial Accounting matters specially during the QUARTERLY / Half Yearly / Annual closure of Financial Accounts.


    • Candidates’ Profile :
    • Candidate should be experienced in the back Office activities of Treasury.
    • He should be a Chartered Accountant, well versed with MS Excel, other MS Software tools.
    • He should be well versed with Financial Accounting.
    • Experience and exposure to Oracle ERP would be an added advantage.

Job Description- :

  • Construction & maintenance of Equity indices.
  • Research initiatives, operational activities, relationship with stakeholders. Research initiatives include conceptualizing a new index on different themes, understanding global practices, knowledge of derivatives trading.
  • Operational activities would include tracking daily corporate actions, making relevant changes, index calculation, evaluating shareholding patterns and quarterly results on a quarterly basis, compilation of periodic reports etc.
  • Interaction with stakeholders for various services that the department provides. It includes taking periodic feedback, interacting with the asset management companies for indices / trademark, data licensing etc..
  • Broad knowledge of Capital Market. Knowledge of derivative trading would be an added advantage.


    • Key Result Areas- :

    • Tracking announcement on Corporate Actions.
    • Adjustment in BSE Indices and non Constituents and Daily Index Processing & Dissemination of information.
    • Weekly reports, monthly reports and reports sought on specific request.
    • Review on free float adjustment factors and quarterly results.
    • Interaction with stakeholders
    • Conceptualizing new indices and related research work.
    • Marketing initiatives.


    Candidates’ Profile :
    • Post Graduate
    • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (particularly in XCEL)
    • Broad knowledge of capital market, knowledge derivative trading could be an added advantage.
