Business Development Manager
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Setting-up and executing a sales & marketing activity plan.
- Driving the business in the assigned region to ensure achievement of targets given
- Leading a team for a specific region.
- Coaching of junior team members, coaching of agents & sales partners
- Analyzing customer needs, advising customers and answering their questions, in order to
achieve the commercial objectives and optimize on the relationship.
- Will be responsible for sales from Corporates/Academic Institutions for the region for all BSE TI programs
- Develop & Sign up alliances with Universities and leading Academic Institutions
- Interact with Brokers, FIIs, Banks, Intermediaries etc for certification products.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate with any specialization with minimum 10 years of experience in BDM profile.
- MBA with 4 – 8 years in a BDM Role .
- Should be detail oriented.
- Preferrably from education & training background.

Responsibilities of the Role:
- Will be responsible for all account activities for BTI.
- Track collections, expenses and will prepare daily,weekly,monthly MIS.
- Will track bank operations, raise PO's,process payments.
- Interact with BSE central accounts team for processing timely payments.
