Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Setting-up and executing a sales & marketing activity plan.
  • Driving the business in the assigned region to ensure achievement of targets given
  • Leading a team for a specific region.
  • Coaching of junior team members, coaching of agents & sales partners
  • Analyzing customer needs, advising customers and answering their questions, in order to achieve the commercial objectives and optimize on the relationship.
  • Will be responsible for sales from Corporates/Academic Institutions for the region for all BSE TI programs
  • Develop & Sign up alliances with Universities and leading Academic Institutions
  • Interact with Brokers, FIIs, Banks, Intermediaries etc for certification products.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Graduate with any specialization with minimum 10 years of experience in BDM profile.
  • MBA with 4 – 8 years in a BDM Role .
  • Should be detail oriented.
  • Preferrably from education & training background.
