Terms & Conditions
- BSE shall provide Data Feed to Distributors and Redistributors only on compliance of basic conditions, viz.
- Distributor/Redistributor agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the Data Feed Contract,
- Has signed the contract and
- Has paid the requisite charges for availing the Data Feed.
- Only Distributors and Redistributors are authorized to sell BSE data. Subscribers of Distributors and Redistributors are not allowed to distribute data in any form whatsoever.
- Only Real Time Data Distributors can distribute live, 1-minute snapshot, 5-minute delayed snapshot and End-of-Day quotations file.
- Delayed data vendors can distribute only the category of data subscribed to. For example, the 5-minutes delayed snapshot subscriber can distribute 5-minute delayed snapshot only.
- For websites - Live, 1-minute snapshot and 5-minutes delayed snapshot are not allowed for public display and should be provided only to the registered users after their subscribers have logged on to their websites.
- Any unauthorized sale/ distribution of BSE data is liable for suitable legal action
