In continuation to the Exchanges Notice No. 20240313-24 dated March 13, 2024, intimating therein the Record Date fixed as 15.03.2024 by PTC INDIA FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED for Payment of Interest and Redemption of Bonds on Execise of Buyback of the Bonds having Scrip Code 972889 and 972893.
PTC INDIA FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED has now requested to resume the Trading in the Bonds of the Company having Scrip Code 972889 and 972893 as the Buyback Option was not exercised by the Company.
In view of the above, Trading Members are requested to note that the Bonds having Scrip Code 972889 and 972893 of PTC INDIA FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED will be available for Trading with effect from May 18, 2024 (DR-634/2024-2025).
